Astro-Update! Saturn into Libra & Jupiter Retrograde! 7/18-7/25/10

I hope this week’s blog entry finds you well! This week I did something a little different with my Blog. I wrote it in a Sunday-Sunday format because I am going out of town on vacation. I will also not be available this week for Readings. On Sunday & Monday, Mercury will aspect Uranus/Jupiter & Pluto. There will be a strong emphasis on travel & communication. On Monday Chiron will travel back into Aquarius for one last time until it eventually settles into the watery sign of Pisces. On Tuesday there will be a lot of Lunar transits and both the Sun & Neptune will form unfavorable aspects with Neptune (causing fuzziness & possibly deception). Healing will be the keyword on Wednesday & Thursday when both Saturn & the Sun aspect Chiron. On Wednesday, Saturn will transition into Libra where it will settle for the next 2 ½ yrs. On Thursday, the Sun will change into dramatic Leo. There will be a lot of Lunar energy on Friday and Jupiter will turn Retrograde for the next 4 months. On Thurs & Fri the Sun will positively aspect the Saturn/Uranus opposition (possibly bringing good fortune). Then, the following Sunday, Jupiter will square Pluto possibly testing our faith and/or beliefs. To add intensity to that day, the Full Moon will be in Aquarius. Enjoy your week!

I wanted to add a footnote to my entries. I include the time that a transit will be exact so that you can see when it waxes and then when it starts to wane. However, the effects are often felt sometimes even as long as a day or two. The energy is usually felt more strongly during the time leading up to the height and then it slowly starts to dissipate after. Keep in mind that Moon transits tend to last a shorter period of time than planetary transits.

(Sunday 7/18/10)- We start the week off with 6 Lunar transits and 1 planetary transit. Three out of the six transits will be positive. Keep in mind that Lunar transits are shorter in duration than planetary transits. Overnight, Mercury in Leo will form a slightly uncomfortable sesquisquare with Uranus (R) in Aries (exact at 3:32am EST). Remember, this is a planetary transit and its effects will be felt much longer than a Moon transit. These two planets are sort-of the “live wires” of the zodiac. People with ADD, hyper activity, anxiety, nervous conditions, etc., may have difficulty around this time. We may get ideas or sudden insights, but we may be too scattered to stop and think them through. There is a possibility that you may encounter someone that serves as inspiration. Awakening! There could be sudden changes in our plans, travel snafus, and issues surrounding technology..so just remain flexible. There may be difficulty or disruption with sleep. Then, the Sun in Cancer will form an uncomfortable square with the Moon in Libra (exact at 6:11am EST). So, toward the early morning we may experience some tension between friends or loved ones. This won’t be conducive to feeling very supported. Sometimes this transit brings (minor) squabbles. Next, the Moon in Libra will form a flowing trine to Neptune (R) in Aquarius (exact at 10:26am EST) causing our imagination/creativity to soar. This transit is also beneficial for daydreaming, idealism, intuition, romance, music, poetry, abstract ideas, mysticism, etc. It is possible to be more charming (or to meet charming people) around this transit. (I wouldn’t make a big decision around this time). This will also be the beginning of a 3+ hour void of course cycle that will last until the Moon transitions into passionate Scorpio. When the Moon makes no major planetary aspects to another planet, before it switches into the next sign, is call “void of course”. It is best to not do anything new during these times because it has a decreased chance of working or will have delays.

The Moon will transition into intense Scorpio (exact at 1:42pm EST). Favorable Scorpio Moon activities are: anything related to research, occult, detective work, self discovery, digging below the surface (both figural & literal), passion, mysteries, secrets, etc. Things that are not favored or exacerbated during the Moon in Scorpio are: jealousy, anger, intensity, and surgery (it can delay healing time). These will be themes over the next 2 ½ days. Next, the Moon in Scorpio will form a flowing trine with (the “Wounded Healer”) Chiron (R) in Pisces (exact at 1:49pm EST). You may be presented with an opportunity to heal or to be healed. Holistic and alternative medicine is especially favored. Serendipitous moments abound! The Moon in Scorpio forms an annoying quincunx with Uranus (R) in Aries (exact at 2:37pm EST). This is a time where someone around you may challenge tradition. You may also want to buck the system. An unexpected event or surprise could catch you off-guard. Next, the Moon in Scorpio will quincunx Jupiter in Aquarius (exact at 7:38pm EST). This is a time where you could feel disconnected from the group. Someone could challenge your beliefs around this time. Our optimism or self-confidence may be a little low. This is not a time to rely on luck. Don’t worry, this will be temporary! Lastly, the Moon in Scorpio will make a supportive sextile to Pluto (R) in Capricorn (exact at 7:55pm EST). This will be a favorable time to look below the surface and have in-depth conversations or counseling. This is a time that we could be feeling passionate or intense. This will amplify the Scorpio Lunar traits.

(Monday 7/19/10)- Well, we start the week off with a bang! There will be 7 Moon transits, 1 planetary transit, the Sun will move into Cancer and the Moon will move in Scorpio! Whenever there is this much activity in a 24 hour time span, it is best to work on grounding.

Early in the morning, Chiron (“The Wounded healer”) will return to Aquarius one last time due to its current Retrograde cycle (exact at 5:28am EST). (Retrograde meaning: As all planets orbit around one another, they do so at different rates. Long ago Astronomers/Astrologers believed that the planets seemed to slow down and eventually reverse their orbit. This in fact, is an optical illusion caused by different orbit speeds, when viewed from Earth. This process is called a Retrograde in Astrology. In interpretation it means that the planet is somewhat weakened and the energies are harder to access). Chiron is often called “the Wounded Healer”. It has been inhabiting the sign of Aquarius since 2005. We had a brief glimpse of what Chiron in Pisces was like when it entered this watery sign briefly on 5/18/10. The last time Chiron was in the sign of Aquarius was 1955-1960. Words and phrases to describe Aquarius are: “I Know!”, Fixed/Air, independent, unique, eccentric, inventive, futuristic, friendship, aloof, cold, political, and humanitarian. Its physical associations are the ankles, shins & circulatory conditions. Its metal is Uranium. In astrology, Chiron is associated with healing, medicine, the mind/body/spirit connection, teaching, reoccurring problems in our life, and music. This will be a time to review those matters. You would need to know where Chiron/Aquarius falls within your chart in order to know how this will affect you on a personal level. Next, the Moon in Scorpio will form a positive sextile with Venus in Virgo (exact at 7:26am EST). It is likely that we could receive compliments on how we look or dress. It will be easy to interact with others. This transit is positive for both relationships/love and finances.

Later in the evening, Mercury in Leo forms a slightly uncomfortable sesquisquare with Jupiter in Aries (exact at 9:26pm EST). Remember, this is a planetary transit and its effects will be felt much longer than a Moon transit. Too much information (TMI)! This is a time where we could find others (or even ourselves) saying too much. If you ever had interests in other cultures, religions, law, marketing, publishing, and/or travel; it would be a great time to explore these subjects. Use caution with overconfidence and avoid embellishment of the facts. The upside is that we could be feeling fairly optimistic and will have a bright mental outlook. Then, the Moon in Scorpio forms an uncomfortable square with Mercury in Leo (exact at 10:40pm EST) possibly causing miscommunications. You may find that you are not able to express yourself as easily or someone may cut you off from saying something. Lastly, Mercury in Scorpio will form a slightly uncomfortable sesquisquare with intense Pluto (R) in Capricorn (exact at 11:18pm EST). Remember, this is a planetary transit and its effects will be felt much longer than a Moon transit. It may be harder to access deeper thoughts around this time. This is actually a better time for superficial activities. Keep things light! Not a good time to do research or to “dig below the surface”. Verbal sparring or debates could end in disastrous results because others won’t want to back down. Just go with the flow right now.

(Tuesday 7/20/10)- (I will be not be doing Astrological Readings at Spirit Dancer today as I am away on vacation!)

In the morning, the Moon in Scorpio will form a positive sextile with Mars in Virgo (exact at 9:20am EST). As with all Mars transits, I recommend doing something physical or exercising around this time (the energy will need a constructive outlet). Sexuality can be enhanced around this transit. Our feelings will be in alignment with how we act. Make sure to put your actions toward positive pursuits!

Later in the day is when all the astrological action occurs. The Sun in Cancer will form a beautiful trine to the Moon in Scorpio (exact at 4:07pm EST). This is beneficial for all kinds of relationships (especially with children) and assists in making us feel loved and supported. This is also an ideal time to be close to pets or nature. Very pleasant indeed! Just after, the Moon in Scorpio forms an uncomfortable square with Neptune (R) in Aquarius (exact at 4:16pm) telling us to not believe everything we are told. Illusion, escapism and deception will be prevalent. On the positive side, creativity will be high around this transit. Then, the Sun in Cancer will form an annoying quincunx with nebulous Neptune (R) in Aquarius (exact at 6:09pm EST). Remember, this is a planetary transit and its effects will be felt much longer than a Moon transit. Neptune can zap some of the Sun’s vitality. This may be a morning that you might want to sleep late (if at all possible). We may feel dreamier or even a little fuzzy around this time. Next, the Moon in Scorpio will form a positive sextile to Saturn in Virgo (exact at 7:43pm EST). Time to tap into our inner discipline, goal setting, organization and attention to details. We may want to make long term plans in our close relationships. This will also be the beginning of a very short void of course cycle that will last until the Moon transitions into adventurous Sagittarius (exact at 7:48pm EST). It is said in Astrology that the Lunar transition between Scorpio and Sagittarius is the most stressful of all the Moon transition. So use caution around this time and allow for (minor) setbacks. Activities that are favored during Moon in Sagittarius are: sports, horseback riding, outdoors/nature, spiritual aspirations, higher consciousness, honesty/bluntness, law/legal, higher learning, education, travel (especially international), and getting out to meet people. It is best to avoid taking too strong of a stance and not being open to others opinions, as people will usually defend their beliefs rigorously at this time. These themes will be prevalent for the next 2 ½ days. Just before, the Moon in Scorpio forms an uncomfortable square with Chiron (R) in Aquarius (exact at 7:47pm EST). Past issues may resurface at this time. If you are sleeping while this occurs, you may dream about the past. It may be possible to run into someone that will tell you how to do something (even if they have never done it themselves….annoying! Finally, the Moon in Sagittarius will form a flowing trine with Uranus (R) in Aries (exact at 8:44pm EST) helping us to step up to the plate and do the right thing, even though it may be somewhat unconventional. We could get a sudden revelation or idea, so write them down! Technology (like computers), inventing, New Age ideologies, and friendships are favored around this transit.

(Wednesday 7/21/10)- Overnight, Saturn in Virgo will form an annoying quincunx with Chiron (the Wounded Healer) (R) in Aquarius (exact at 1:12am EST). Remember, this is a planetary transit and its effects will be felt much longer than a Moon transit. Old pains, past situations and previous hurts could come back around this time. Was there something that you did only half-way or weren’t as thorough as usual? This is not the time to cut corners. There could be trouble with male authority or father figures. Unfortunately healing and forgiveness may be hard to access right now (except that is exactly what is needed!). This transit will last a few days. Then, the Moon in Sagittarius makes a flowing trine with Jupiter in Aries (exact at 2:06am EST) helping us to feel optimistic and/or lucky. This is an ideal time to be with friends or to work with groups of people. It is also beneficial for spirituality/religion, higher education, horses, law/legal matters, advertising, sales, and publishing.

The biggest astrological event this month will be when the stern planet Saturn returns to the diplomatic sign of Libra (exact at 11:10am EST). Saturn changes signs approximately every two and a half years and takes close to 30 years to go through all twelve. Saturn was in this sign in the years 1921-23, 1950-53 and 1980-82. If you were born during these years, then this will be especially potent for you, it is called your “Saturn Return“. Saturn is one of the great teachers and the lessons we learn from it are permanent in nature. It is the ruler of obstacles, delays, long-term goal setting, hard work, Karma, and life lessons. Words and phrases to describe Libra are: “I Balance!”, Cardinal/Air, fairness, beauty (did I say Beauty?), partnership, aesthetics, harmony, indecision, dependence, fickle, and gracious. Libras make great judges because they are often able to see both sides. Its physical associations are the kidneys, lumbar area of the back, buttocks and adrenal glands. Its metal is Copper. Stones: Quartz, Marble, Peridot, Lapis Lazuli, Opal, and Rose Quartz. Over the next 2 ½ years, a lot of our lessons will revolve around relationships and partnerships. Now is the time to examine; are we selfish, do we really know the true meaning of being a partner, do our relationships satisfy our needs, etc. I feel that this will be a time where people will want to have more permanence to their relationships….so marriage and civil unions will be back in style! We may also be seeing more states legalizing gay marriage. This will be good if you are an event planner, florist, DJ, caterer, etc. There may be resurgence in reconciliations and the use of counselors, arbitrators & mediators will be increased also. Speaking of the justice system (btw, the Tarot card association for Libra is Justice), I feel that there may some sweeping changes to laws under this influence. Our democratic system may come under scrutiny during this time. Actually, the USA (if you use the birth date of July 4th, 1776) is going to be going through its Saturn Return during this Saturn phase. For Americans, whatever is not working during this time will leave our lives. Whatever is meant to stay will go through some sort of process (usually in the form of a test) and come out stronger than it was before. Remember the key word for Libra is BALANCE, and many of us will be tested on that level. If your life is out of balance and has been for a while, this may come to a breaking point during this time. If you don’t find a way to resolve this in a positive, constructive manner, than Saturn will provide the way (and it most likely won’t be the way you desired)….so it is best to address this issue ASAP! I could literally write an entire Blog entry just about this event. If you would like to know more about this subject please check out this web site: http://www.cafeastrology.com/saturninlibra.html In order to know how this will affect you on a more personal level, you will need to know where in your birth chart Saturn/Libra falls. If you remember, Saturn occupied the sign of Libra from October 29, 2009 to April 7, 2010. It then went Retrograde and re-entered Virgo on April 7, 2010 (where we had one last chance to re-visit the lessons the we had been enduring for the previous 2 ½ yrs, one last time). Saturn then turned direct near the end of May, 2010, eventually returning to Libra today! Saturn will square Pluto, opposes Uranus, and opposes Jupiter while moving through the sign of Libra.

Lastly, the Moon in Sagittarius will square Venus in Virgo (exact at 7:42pm EST). Although we will have a drive to be with others around this time, it would be best to avoid heavy conversations pertaining to love. Sometimes the object of our affections is just out of reach (or otherwise detained) around this transit. The is not a good time to go shopping or work on beautification because what we think looks good now may seem like a bad idea at a later time.

Thursday (7/22/10)- (I will not be doing Astrology Readings at Candles & Creations, as I am away on vacation this week.)

The astrological day begins later when the Moon in Sagittarius makes a flowing trine to Mercury in Leo (exact at 2:26pm EST). This transit will assist us to express how we feel. It will be much easier to speak with friends and loved ones during this time. We may have an urge to be social around this transit and it is highly beneficial for all kinds of relationships.

Happy Birthday Leo’s! The Sun will enter Leo (exact at 6:21pm EST). Since June 21st. the Sun has been in the sensitive & introverted sign of Cancer. Words and phrases to describe Leo are: “I Will!”, Fixed/Fire, warm, kind, generous, actor/theater, drama, loyal, domineering, proud, dignified, egocentric, creative, gambler/speculation, honest, noble, love children (especially their own), and games. A lot of “larger than life” people are Leos. It is common for actors and performers to be Leo or have heavy Leo in their chart (Leo needs recognition-I believe that is why). Areas of the body associated with Leo are the heart, gall bladder, & spine. Stones: Ruby, Onyx, Carnelian, Golden Topaz, and Tourmaline. Leo’s usually like to show their affections with gifts and bold declarations. We may want to get out and “play” more. We may go to shows, concerts, or other forms of entertainment. In fact if you are single, these would be good places to meet someone new. The symbol of Leo is the lion…and lions will roar if they are angered (or if they notice others being treated badly). People will tend to be more proud and ego driven around this time. However, Leo is notoriously warm and generous. Children (or pets that we consider our children) may be on our mind more during this time. It would be a great time to pursue a career or charity that benefits children. We may be more inclined to gamble or invest our money in speculative investments during this time (obviously if you have the funds, that is great. If you don’t then certainly use caution!). It depends where the Sun/Leo falls within your chart in order to know how this will affect you on a personal level.

Next, the Moon in Sagittarius will form an uncomfortable square with Mars in Virgo (exact at 8:31pm EST). As with all Mars transits, I recommend doing something physical or exercising around this time (gardening, housework, working on the car, etc. all count!). Sexuality can be enhanced around this transit. Did you ever have a moment where circumstances seem like they are conspiring against you? Often, this transit results in a culmination of things that can be annoying. Sometimes small irritations or quarrels can result. We will be able to get a lot accomplished when the Sun in Leo forms a positive sextile with Saturn in Libra (exact at 9:12pm EST). Remember, this is a planetary transit and its effects will be felt much longer than a Moon transit. This transit benefits work and discipline. Best to concentrate on: work, organization, gardening/planting (connecting with nature in general especially soil, woods, & forest), and details. This would also be an ideal time to start a new health or exercise regime. This is a great time for goal setting and building good relations with those in authority. This is a good time to help the elderly or an aging relative.

(Friday 7/23/10)- Today will consist mostly of Moon transits, except for 1 planetary transit. Keep in mind that Lunar transits are shorter in duration than planetary transits. Also the planet Jupiter will turn Retrograde. The will be a lot of cosmic energy in the 1st half of the day. Folks that are sensitive to planetary energy may have trouble sleeping or will have a very active dream state tonight.

After midnight, the Moon in Sagittarius forms a positive sextile to Neptune (R) in Aquarius (exact at 12:50am EST) causing our imagination/creativity to soar. This transit is also beneficial for daydreaming, idealism, intuition, romance, music, poetry, abstract ideas, mysticism, etc. It is possible to be more charming around this transit. Anyone have rose-colored glasses? If you are sleeping while this event occurs, it may be possible to have prophetic or “visitation” dreams around this time. This will also be the beginning of a 3+ hour void of course cycle that will last until the Moon transitions into adventurous Capricorn. Then, the Moon in Sagittarius forms a (minor) positive sextile with (the “Wounded Healer”) Chiron (R) in Aquarius (exact at 4:26am EST). You may be presented with an opportunity to heal or to be healed. Holistic and alternative medicine is especially favored. Serendipitous moments abound! Just after, the Moon transitions into Capricorn (exact at 4:39am EST). Themes that will be prevalent over the next 2 ½ days are: business endeavors, work, goal setting, drive, public ambition, and tradition. Try to avoid: workaholic tendencies, coldness, and using people for personal gain. Then the Moon gets into the mix when it highlights the Saturn/Uranus opposition. Then, right after that the Moon in Capricorn will form an uncomfortable square with Saturn in Libra (exact at 4:55am EST). Luckily the duration of this event is short. Sometimes this can give us a feeling of loneliness or isolation. We may feel passed over or possibly not getting the recognition that we deserve. It is better to work on organization around this time. Next, the Moon in Capricorn will form an annoying quincunx with the Sun in Leo (exact at 5:30am EST). It may be hard to feel supported around this time. Accomplishments may go unrecognized. It is possible to clash with someone younger than yourself (like a parent child relationship). After that, the Moon in Capricorn uncomfortably squares Uranus (R) in Aries (exact at 5:33am EST). This is a time where someone around you may challenge tradition. You may also want to buck the system. An unexpected event or surprise could catch you off-guard. It is possible to experience issues with technology or mechanical issues. This could cause disturbed dreams and/or sleep (possibly inspirational or vivid dreams). The Sun in Leo will form a beautiful flowing trine with Uranus (R) in Aries (exact at 6:06am EST). Remember, this is a planetary transit and its effects will be felt much longer than a Moon transit. Ready for some inspiration, excitement, or change? This could be a time that you will discover a new way to do something or break from old habits. You could meet someone that is creative (or unique) and could serve as your muse. Try to get out and enjoy nature and is also positive for athletics. A good time to go with the flow…..you never know, something wonderful could happen!

Jupiter turns Retrograde in Aries (exact at 8:03am). Aries is the 1st sign of the zodiac and is ruled by Mars (the God of War). Some words/ phrases to describe Aries are: “I AM!”, Cardinal/Fire, passionate, head strong, adventurous, honest (often blunt), independent, enthusiastic, dynamic, selfish, courageous, energetic, enthusiastic, and easily bored. It rules over the head, face (not the nose), brain, eyes, upper jaw, fevers & inflammation. The metal is Iron. Stones: Amethyst, Diamond, and Bloodstone. Jupiter (the traditional ruler of Sagittarius) rules over luck, optimism, expansiveness, religion (and spirituality), abundance, reversals in fortune, law, long distance/foreign travel, higher education, books, printing, publishing, marketing, horses, and really anything affecting the masses. Jupiter is considered to be the most beneficial planet in a chart. However, it is also associated with over-confidence, conceit, mass epidemics, extravagance, and fanaticism. Jupiter goes Retrograde every 9 months for a 4-month duration. It is good during a Retrograde periods to go back and heal old wounds or to deal with something in the past. It is not a great time to start something new. This is not considered to be an ideal time to start a new business during Jupiter Retrograde. While your business may help a lot of people, it will be more charity-based (without a lot of profit). If at all possible, delay the opening or have its official “Grand Opening” after the Retrograde period is over. This will be a beneficial time to make peace with past friendships (or associations) that need healing. Jupiter’s physical associations are: fat, tumors, pancreas, liver, plaque, cholesterol, hips, thighs, and insulin. You will feel this Retrograde period more strongly if you are (or if you have a lot of these signs in your chart) an: Aries, Sagittarius, Libra (by reflex), or if you were born with Jupiter Retrograde in your natal chart (like myself). Jupiter will remain Retrograde until 11/18/2010.

Next, the Moon in Capricorn will form an uncomfortable square with Jupiter (R) in Aries (exact at 11:14am EST). Someone could challenge your beliefs at this time. It’s possible that you could find out someone within your group has been acting behind your back or is at odds with the greater good. Dealings with groups of people or legal matters are unfavorable around this time. Then, the Moon in will be making its monthly conjunction with Pluto (R) in Capricorn (exact at 11:18am EST) adding emotional intensity to the mix. This may help with insights pertaining to business and financial endeavors. Helping to “pick up” on the undercurrent of a situation. This is also beneficial for therapy, cathartic experiences, passion, and ferreting out secrets. All this activity before noon…Wow!

(Saturday 7/24/10)- There will be only one, beautiful Moon transit today. The Moon in Capricorn forms a flowing trine with Venus in Virgo (exact at 11:12am EST). You could find your thoughts with friends or loved ones. It is possible to receive a compliment on how you look. Love, beauty, art, creativity, and aesthetics will be favored (and because of this reason, shopping too). Pamper yourself! The remainder of the day will be under the influence of the Capricorn Moon and will be building in intensity for tomorrow night’s Full Moon….

(Sunday 7/25/10)- Because I have been away for vacation, I am writing this Blog entry Sun-Sun. Just after midnight, Jupiter (R) in Aries will form a uncomfortable square with Pluto (R) in Capricorn (exact at 12:20am EST). Remember, this is a planetary transit and its effects will be felt much longer than a Moon transit. (The effect of this may be felt up to a week.) Yes, Jupiter is now involved in the Cardinal T-Square or “Cardinal Climax’ as it is being referred to by some astrologers. This is a complex astrological pattern between Uranus/ Jupiter/Saturn/Pluto that will occur from 2010-2015…and Mars will be temporarily getting into the mix at the end of the week. Power in beliefs! Now is the time to have faith and inspire others. There can be a lot of power in words…especially if you are selling something. Be honest in your dealings, otherwise you may get “called out”. This is not a good time for underhanded tactics. This is not a favorable time for law/legal matters, foreign affairs, or travel. This is a good time to ask yourself…What are my beliefs? Am I open minded? Did I base my opinions on what someone else said/wrote? Is there another way to look at my position? Of course, the downside to all of this is that we could encounter fanatical beliefs, opinions, or religious convictions around this time. As with all Pluto transits, great transformation can take place…so harness this energy for the positive! Then, the Moon in Capricorn will form an annoying quincunx to Mercury in Leo (exact at 9:06am EST) possibly causing blocks in communication. It may be nearly impossible to express ourselves. You ever had a time that you couldn’t put your thoughts into words? Next, the Moon in Capricorn forms a flowing trine with Mars in Leo (exact at 10:20am EST). Our actions will be in harmony with how we feel. We may crave action around this time or have more energy. People will be inclined to fight for what they believe is right. This will also start a 5+ hour void-of-course Moon cycle that will last until the Moon transitions into unique Aquarius. When the Moon makes no major planetary aspects to another planet, before it switches into the next sign, is call “void of course”. It is best to not do anything new during these times because it has a decreased chance of working or will have delays.

In the afternoon, the Moon changes into unique Aquarius (exact at 3:38pm EST). Activities that are favored during Moon in Aquarius are: social endeavors, friendship, technology, humanitarian efforts, politics, inventing, and New Age ideologies. Things to avoid: are getting too caught up in the greater good and masses that you forget the individual & their feelings, and being overly fixed in your own unique way of doing things that you can’t consider someone else’s good ideas. Then, the Moon in Aquarius will make a flowing trine to Saturn in Libra (exact at 4:19pm EST). This is a great time for organization, house cleaning, filing, recycling, and being disciplined. This is also beneficial for starting a diet or health regimen (like quitting smoking). Sometimes others will ask for help around this transit, but it won’t be burdensome, we will be happy to assist! Just after, the (Full) Moon will form a positive sextile with Uranus (R) in Aries (exact at 4:30pm EST) helping us to break out of our rut and even do something that may be somewhat unconventional. Technology (like computers), inventing, New Aged ideologies, and friendships are favored around this transit. The height of the Full Moon in Aquarius (exact at 9:37pm EST). The Full Moon that takes place in July is often called the Full Buck Moon, The Thunder Moon, or the Hay Moon. The height of the Full Moon is always signified by the opposition of the Sun (currently in Leo). Do you feel rebellious but are actually complacent? Do you have trouble balancing friendships with family (especially if you have children)? Do you remember to bring out your inner child sometimes to play? Do you buck the system just to stir things up? Do you partake in drama even if it doesn’t pertain to you? If you don’t have drama in your life, do you feel bored? Do you help your community or charities enough with your time and/or money? These questions/themes will be highlighted now. It depends where the Moon/Aquarius & Sun/Leo falls within your chart in order to know how this will affect you on a personal level. Full Moons astrologically are considered to be a time of culmination or endings. I personally like to take this time to meditate and send out prayers for family, friends, and humanity. The day ends on a high note when the (Full) Moon in Aquarius makes a positive sextile with Jupiter (R) in Aries (exact at 10:24pm EST) helping us to feel optimistic and/or lucky. This is an ideal time to be with friends or to work with a group of people. It is also beneficial for spirituality/religion, higher or continuing education, horses, law/legal matters, advertising, sales, and publishing.

The above transits are often felt collectively but you would need to know where within your chart that they would fall. As always, I am available for a professional astrological reading. I now have a variety of charts to choose from (relationship, life path, time-line, etc). I can do readings in-person or over the phone. Or if you’re not into having a reading I can just supply a chart. Please feel free to contact me for more information! Have a great week! Bye for now……
